At Gabrielle Howell Art Collection, we're thrilled to offer custom drawing services. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and our artist, please review our custom drawing policy:

1. Form:

- After getting more detail about your custom piece, a form will be created to finalize your specific requirements, preferences, and artistic vision. This is the foundation of creating a personalized piece of art that you'll cherish.

2. Pricing and Quotation:

- Once we have a clear understanding of your project, we will provide you with a detailed quotation, including the cost of the artwork and any associated fees within the form.

3. 50% Holding Fee (if applicable):

- To initiate work on your custom drawing, depending on the details of the art piece a 50% holding fee will be required. This fee secures your commission and will be deducted from the total cost of the artwork.

4. Payment:

We accept payments through PayPal, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other methods. Full payment must be received before the completed artwork is delivered to you. You will receive a link to purchase the artwork when it is completed.

5. Timeline:

- The timeline for completing custom drawings may vary based on the complexity and size of the project. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date during the consultation phase. Most custom pieces will be completed during the winter and summer seasons, unless stated otherwise. Depending on the demand, they may be completed sooner.

6. Revisions:

- We want you to be fully satisfied with your custom drawing. Revisions and alterations or changes to the initial concept may incur additional charges depending on how far along the artist is.

7. Artistic License:

- Our artist brings her unique style and creativity to each project. Her artwork has both experimental and abstract components, which will be reflected in your custom piece. By filling out this form and purchasing custom artwork you grant her complete creative liberty. Trusting her artistic judgment is an important aspect of the process, and we aim to maintain the integrity of her work.

8. No Refunds:

- Please note that due to the personalized nature of custom drawings, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced.

9. Copyright and Usage:

- Upon completion and full payment, you will receive the physical artwork. We retain the right to showcase the artwork in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon.

10. Communication:

- We encourage open and clear communication throughout the process. Feel free to reach out with any questions, concerns, or updates related to your custom drawing.

11. General:

Custom made artwork will be hand drawn, signed, and framed by the artist. Due to the artwork being custom made, please allow additional time for the artwork to be shipped. Custom orders will be completed and shipped every winter and summer season, unless stated otherwise. Depending on the demand, orders may be completed sooner. Minor details such as linework and shaping may vary, but overall concept will be the same. By purchasing custom artwork, you grant the artist complete creative liberty to craft your piece.
